The new wine cellar is built and furnished in a low-energy way. It is spacious and functional. In a partially dug-in building, we store the wine of the 2012 and later vintages. The conditions for processing and fermentation of wines are much better in it. Our winery dedicates a lot of time to wine production and storage in the wine cellar. We use traditional production methods without rough technological interventions. We carefully follow the fermentation and give our wine plenty of time to calm down, purify, and mature. The best vintages mature without any oenological substances or sulfur added. Our wine offer includes several wine ranges that differ from each other. At the same time, they express the recognizability of the Truške wine-growing area.
